Informative and courteous staff who provided a seamless bra fitting experience. Great sale that allowed me to get two items for half price!

I rarely review anything other than restaurants but I.C. London really impressed me. I have shopped in and around South Park and experienced poor service if you are not presented well. This was certainly not the case here. The moment I walked in (super casual after a workout), to the time I left, I had personalized service and was attended to by three four people, including the owner.

There is an amazing selection of super high-quality yet fairly affordable products. If you have the time, this staff will make sure you leave happy. They also said they keep your purchase history so future shopping is convenient. I like to shop at local, small businesses and they make it super easy to support them.

I have been trying to come for
months. I arrived and was told there were others in line ahead of me. she thought it would be about 15 min so I added my name. An hour later I checked in to see if they would be ready soon. they apologized and said they could help me then. yet there was still someone in front of me. so I pointed that out and they helped her. Then it was my turn. O was never measured despite saying that was I was there for. it took forever for her to bring me a bra in the size I am currently wearing. I put it on- it was okay. it took her forever to come back to check on me. then another long wait to get more bras to try. one was totally the wrong size and the other didn't meet the criteria I had asked for. I dont mind waiting for good service but then there needs to be good service. I told her I was frustrated and was going to leave. she said Saturdays are always busy. I work during the week and live 45 min away so it's my only option. save your time- go to third love website, use their fit finder and order a couple and send back what doesn't work. I just wasted 1/2 a day driving there and back, waiting and came
Out empty handed. Such a waste of my precious weekend.

Wonderful place. Truly a personable experience. Each bra was hand picked and sized for a perfect fit. I was planning on maybe buying two but I ended up with four! They explain everything from fit, how to wear, and wash. I also purchased their laundry soap and what a difference it makes! This is an amazing place and I now cannot imagine buying a bra anywhere else.

I had a fantastic shopping experience with the owner, Shelley. She spent 90 minutes with me doing a bra fitting and taught me so much about bras that I never knew. No more Victoria's Secret for me, ever! And when I told her I was going to get rid of all of my current bras to replace with the six I bought she asked me to bring them by so she could donate them to the homeless shelter.

I went to this store on Saturday to look for undergarments for my wedding dress. The salesperson who helped me, Dakota, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the different options, brands, and sizing. She took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my choices. I walked out with exactly what I needed. I will be going back for all my bras and lingerie from now on. Excellent selection, great sales person, and reasonable prices.

Everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful! As a bigger busted woman it is difficult to find good quality bras in the right size and cut, especially in this age on online retailers and big box stores. Its so refreshing to shop at a small business and get personalized service. The ladies take their time to measure and find several bras of varying types for you to try on and find what works best for you. They have fun colors and patterns that also appealed to my college aged daughter and niece. Prices are reasonable for the quality of items and they have sales often. If they don't have something in your size they make a note and will call you when the item comes in. I'm glad to have found this store and highly recommend.

Had one of the best retail experiences I've ever had at this store. I came in a little nervous cause it was my first time getting sized and buying actual bras since my breast reduction. The lady who I believe was the owner I'm not sure though made it feel like a celebration. She could not have made me feel any more special and excited! I will be buying all my under garments from here from now on and am obsessed with this store. Also it has the cutest stuff!!

Simply put, you get what you pay for! Is I.C. London pricey? Heck yes! Are their bras high quality? The highest! Not to mention, customer service is the best in Charlotte! I've bought my bras exclusively from I.C. London for the past 10+ years and have likely spent thousands in their shop. Every penny was well spent.

I realized today that I've never actually shopped the racks at I.C. I just waltz in, tell them my last name. They look me up in the computer and get me set up in a fitting room. Beautiful bras in my impossible to find size start appearing shortly there after. Every single sales associate I've met has been so friendly and helpful!

The bras they stock are high quality, lasting a couple years with daily wear and machine washing. (I put them in a delicates bag and stick with the gentle cycle. Always air dry.) I love how pretty the bras are, too. When you're busty, you pretty much resign yourself to ugly white, nude or black bras. Not here! I've scored pretty pink, brown, blue and red bras with intricate lace and jewel details. They also have a gorgeous selection of pajamas, robes, panties, swimwear.

They almost always have a discount to help take the sting out of $100+ bras. On my most recent visit, they were running a buy one bra, get one half off deal. If you bring in gently used bras to donate to needy women, you get money off your purchase. Or, if all else fails, there's a 20% off Yelp check-in offer!
