Ain’t Too Shabby Specializing in antiques, vintage furniture, shabby chic designs and custom furniture painting (in particular chalk painting), Ain’t Too Shabby offers 5,000 square feet of fun finds. Owner Kathy Montbleau is a wiz at giving new life to all sorts of furniture pieces. The Divine Design Consignment department at Ain’t Too Shabby donates 10 percent of its proceeds to women in ministry. Lost N Found Vintage Mall This vendordriven mall offers an assortment of vintage, primitive and shabby chic pieces. Oak Street Mill Fifteen years ago Nan Fabio opened Oak Street Mill in downtown Cornelius. With 10,000 square feet and more than 50 dealers, Oak Street Mill offers antiques, collectibles, art, fabrics, rugs, architectural salvage, primitives and more.
